Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this website and describe, in summary, how our advertising and intake services agreements work. The agreement your firm signs controls over anything here.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Who we are

CaseLead Agency LLC ("CaseLead") provides attorney advertising and client-intake services to licensed law firms. We are not a law firm, do not practice law, and do not provide legal advice or lawyer referral services.

Services

Under a signed services agreement, we run advertising to consumers, qualify respondents against the firm's written intake criteria, facilitate e-signature of the firm's retainer agreement, and deliver the signed retainer with its supporting records. Fees are for advertising and intake services performed and are set out in the agreement.

Exclusivity

While a standing order is active, we deliver cases of the ordered types in the ordered states to one firm only. Exclusivity ends when the order is paused or terminated per the agreement.

Replacement and acceptance floor

A firm may flag a delivered case within 14 days if it fails the agreed intake criteria. Flagged cases are replaced at no additional charge. Where an acceptance floor is agreed, shortfalls are replaced as described in the agreement. Replacement is the exclusive remedy for non-conforming deliveries; fees are otherwise non-refundable.

Firm responsibilities

The firm is responsible for its own compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct, including advertising, solicitation and fee-sharing rules in each jurisdiction where it practices; for the content of its retainer agreement and disclosures; and for the handling of client information after delivery.

Records and confidentiality

Call recordings, consent certificates and related records are retained for the term of the agreement plus five years and are made available to the firm. Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential, subject to law and professional obligations.
