Two acquisition channels. An in-house intake team.
This provider used Meta and Google to generate personal injury inquiries. Human staff qualified and handled those inquiries, and the provider offered signed cases to receiving law firms.
Our team worked inside the provider’s operation across paid acquisition, human qualification, intake and signing coordination. The law firms were the receiving buyers of the service.
The work continued after someone responded to an ad.
Once an inquiry arrived, the provider’s in-house human staff handled qualification and intake. Our role included that work as well as acquisition and signing coordination.
For a law-firm marketing lead, the useful question is who owns the inquiry after the campaign produces a response. Your intake director also needs to know which qualification and information-gathering responsibilities the acquisition partner will take on. This engagement put those responsibilities within the same operating context.
Signing connected the provider’s work with the receiving firm.
The provider’s offering extended to signed cases. Our team handled signing coordination alongside qualification and intake. The law firm receiving the matter retained case assessment and representation decisions.
That division gives a firm a concrete way to evaluate the purchase. The acquisition partner’s work can include handling the prospective client before firm review, while the firm determines whether and how it will represent that person.
Put media and intake in the same buying conversation.
An acquisition brief needs an owner for each step after an ad response. Bring your marketing lead and intake director together to agree the following responsibilities:
| Decision for your firm | What to agree |
|---|---|
| Acquisition sources | The channels and markets the assignment will use. |
| Qualification ownership | Who handles prospective-client information against the agreed criteria. |
| Intake ownership | The information and intake work the acquisition team will handle. |
| Signing and handoff | The signing responsibilities and what reaches the firm’s reviewers. |

Questions your firm may ask.
Who handled qualification after the advertising response?
The provider used in-house human staff, and our team’s work included qualification and intake alongside acquisition and signing coordination.
Does this describe a law firm’s own ad account?
This study describes our work inside an acquisition provider using Meta and Google. It demonstrates provider-side operating experience rather than a campaign run for the anonymous firms in the other studies.
Can media and intake be part of the same assignment?
Yes. Our work can span acquisition, qualification, intake and signing coordination. We agree the channels and responsibilities for your firm’s assignment before it begins.
Who should join a conversation about this model?
Your marketing lead and intake director should define the acquisition sources, case criteria and handoff together. The managing partner can assess the commercial scope and the responsibilities the firm will retain.
