Which companies sell signed MVA cases to personal injury law firms?
Each company below says it delivers signed retainers for motor vehicle accident matters. Read the “What reaches your firm” column first: it shows how much contact, intake and signing work your staff still handles. Then compare what each company publishes about price and commitments.

CaseLead Agency: acquisition, intake and signing in one engagement
CaseLead Agency runs paid acquisition on Meta and Google, qualifies callers by telephone, completes human intake and coordinates the prospective client’s signature on your firm’s representation agreement. Your firm sets the states, accident categories and screening criteria, reviews each file and makes the acceptance decision.
Our team’s MVA work includes a recurring program of six orders covering 150 billed acquisition units and a separate 70-unit assignment. In those past signed-MVA engagements, base prices ran from $2,600 to $3,400 per billed unit across 22 orders and 643 units. They are purchase records, not a current quote; your proposal sets the price, billable event and remedy terms.
How much do signed MVA cases cost in 2026?
Most providers quote by state, case type and volume. Two publish signed-case prices on their sites, and they line up with CaseLead’s past engagements: a standard signed MVA retainer costs roughly $2,400 to $3,800, and commercial cases cost far more. Exclusive MVA leads cost less per unit because your team still contacts, qualifies and signs the claimant.
| Provider | Product | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| Injury Case Claims | Standard signed MVA retainer | $2,400–$2,900 |
| Injury Case Claims | Signed MVA retainer in premium states (TX, CA, NY, FL, GA metro) | $2,900–$3,600 |
| Injury Case Claims | Signed commercial truck case | $6,500–$9,500 |
| CaseLead Agency | Signed MVA, past engagements (base, before separate fees) | $2,600–$3,400 per billed unit |
| First Intent Leads | Signed auto retainer, accident within 90 days | $2,800–$3,800 |
| First Intent Leads | Pay only when you sign (not offered in CA or CO) | $3,500 flat |
| First Intent Leads | Signed commercial vehicle case (not in CA, CO, GA, HI, NV or WA) | $16,500 flat |
| MVA Leads | Exclusive MVA lead by market (not a signed case) | $585–$1,105 |
| Injury Lead Gen | Exclusive car-accident lead (not a signed case) | $360–$475 |
How should a law firm vet a signed MVA case provider?
Start with the handoff. “Signed” should mean the claimant has signed your firm’s agreement, delivered with the signing record, intake answers and a list of anything unresolved. Ask each provider for a sample packet and who completes each step.
Next, compare the billable event and commitments. A per-signed-case price, a prepaid first order, a minimum and a monthly fee are different obligations; write down which applies and what triggers a charge.
Then compare remedies and exclusivity: the review window, the grounds for a credit or replacement, and whether exclusivity covers the case, a territory or both. A signed retainer does not mean your firm will accept the matter, so track signed and accepted cases separately.
Which companies sell MVA leads instead of signed cases?
Some firms buy earlier and keep intake and signing in house. MVA Leads sells exclusive MVA leads at published prices from $585 to $1,105 by market and says it does not sell signed retainers; its site states that its founder also founded Mass Tort Marketing Agency. Injury Lead Gen sells exclusive, search-sourced leads, with car-accident leads at $360 to $475. On the pages we reviewed in October, Legal Brand Marketing, 4LegalLeads and Walker Advertising describe leads or live transfers rather than signed cases.
How we built this list
We included companies whose own websites state that they deliver signed retainers for MVA matters, and recorded the same fields for each from its official pages. Prices appear only where the site publishes them. Companies whose sites say they sell leads but not signed cases are listed separately above.
This is a shortlist for buyer research, not a ranking of quality or results. CaseLead appears first because it publishes the page. Ask every provider, including us, for the proposed handoff, billable event and remedy terms in writing before you buy.
